This ancient Napoli cut (originally known as vermicellari) dates back to 1284 AD. Like most cuts, this cut is named after their shape similar to small worms "vermi." Think of them like a very thin spaghetti or sister to an Angel hair pasta cut. Not authentic enough

Wasn't a fan of how large the fettuccine turned out and the sauces weren't as authentic as I expected.
